She was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process and making sure everything was set up correctly to save me money. Unfortunately, I later faced an increase from underwriting, but Amy and her team were proactive in trying to get it corrected. Although the increased turned out to be due to errors on the underwriting side. Amy did everything she could to keep me informed and explore solutions, including working to get my premium back to the originally quoted amount. She even took the time to explain everything thoroughly and offered alternative options, though I ultimately chose not to reduce my coverage further.
